I think my digital doppelgänger came out pretty close to what I had in mind, so I’m happy with how it turned out. The mix of emo, punk, furry stuff, and weird behavior really shows the kind of chaotic but honest personality I wanted to create. I tried to show the feeling of wanting attention but also feeling invisible, and I think that came through. I was also surprised that I was able to figure out the coding part for the Twitter bot. It was confusing at first, but I got the hang of it and it actually worked, which felt pretty cool. Also was a bit confused with Adobe Character Animator and getting it to animate. I was able to rig it pretty easily, but had trouble with making it animated. I think the project was a fun way to mess around with identity and exaggerate parts of myself in a way that still feels real.
